Y512-A Self-cleaning SS Sensor
Suspended solids sensors are crucial for monitoring water quality, especially in environments where the concentration of suspended particles can affect ecological health, industrial processes, or water treatment efficiency.
Yosemitech Y512 self-cleaning SS sensor is based on the principle of the infrared scattering method, utilizing the red LED light source and our unique adaptive software algorithm to effectively eliminate external interference. It features a sapphire light guide structure, providing excellent repeatability and stability. This TSS sensor requires no reagents, produces no pollution, and is more cost-effective and environmentally friendly. Additionally, the sensor is equipped with a cleaning brush to remove air bubbles and minimize the impact of contamination on the measurement.

FAQS
What are Suspended Solids?
Suspended solids (SS) are non-dissolved particles in water, including silt, plankton, industrial waste, and organic debris. Elevated levels of suspended solids can impact water clarity, aquatic life, and the effectiveness of water treatment processes.
